to change your mind on a new subscription, for any reason.

Monthly plans
Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. After that, cancelling stops the next charge; the current month runs to its end.
Annual plans
Full refund within 14 days. After that we refund the unused months, minus the months already used at the monthly rate.
Teams
Seats removed mid-term are credited to the next invoice. Whole-workspace refunds follow the annual rule above.
When something breaks
If a course fails to generate or the service is down for more than a day in a billing period, tell us and we refund that period regardless of the 14 days.
How to ask
Settings → Billing → Request refund, or email billing@lrnit.com from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method; we cannot send them anywhere else.
